(1) Technical characteristics

1. The vibrating plate automatically arranges materials, automatically counts, automatically fills, automatically packs, seals, and counts output.

3. The length of the packaging bag can be adjusted, the total number of packages can be adjusted, and automatic alarm will be given when the set quantity is reached.

4. After packaging, the bag type is uniform, regular, beautiful and firm, and can also be equipped with extension equipment such as coding machine, weight inspection scale, labeling machine, elevator, etc.

(2) Scope of application and functional characteristics

1. This product is suitable for automatic mixing or separate packaging of two kinds of materials, such as screws, nuts, flat pads, spring pads, toys, standard parts, etc. After the automatic counting of the vibration plate, the product is filled into the molding machine for automatic packaging, and other materials can also be manually put into mixed packaging by using the spare space of the equipment.

2. It is applicable to "OPP/CPP/composite film" as sealing material.
